Peru Organic Minca

An organic washed coffee from the Junin region of Peru which is located on the western side of the Andes Mountains northeast of the Country's capital, Lima. The beans are sourced from various small farmers within the region. 
 
Flavor notes of dark chocolate, dried fig, and walnut should be expected.
